Starting as a carpenter, Carlo’s dedication and leadership propelled him to establish Greenpark Homes in 1967, alongside partners Jack Wine and Phillip Rechtsman. Under his guidance, the company expanded into commercial and high-rise developments, solidifying its reputation as one of Canada’s most trusted builders. Today, the Greenpark Group remains wholly owned and operated by the Baldassarra family, with Carlo’s sons—Mauro, Armando, and Michael—serving as senior executives, upholding the family’s commitment to integrity, loyalty, and hard work.
